Our Services
Our team of primary care providers specializes in a number of areas including internal medicine, pediatrics, family medicine, geriatric and women’s health; as well as prevention and management of chronic conditions.
In addition to basic primary care services, we also provide specialty care including cardiology, ear, nose & throat, endocrinology, hepatology, nephrology, orthopedic, psychotherapy, and podiatry.
Services can be accessed through one of our clinic locations in San Francisco and Daly City. In addition to in-person services, we offer video visits so that you can receive expert care from your home, your office, or anywhere convenient for you.
We accept most health insurance plans, including CCHP, San Francisco Health Plan, San Mateo Health Plan, Blue Shield, Blue Cross, Medicare, and Medi-Cal.
