Prices, Payment and Cancellation Policy

We accept cash, check, credit cards, health insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. Please refer to the information below regarding our fees and cancellation policies.

Health Insurance Coverage

We accept many insurance plans, including HMO and PPO plans that cover acupuncture services. Please contact your insurance provider to determine your benefits as insurance coverage varies. We understand that insurance  can be confusing, so if you have any questions, please feel free to call us. We’re happy to help.

Self-Pay Rates and Multi-Visit Discount Packages

In addition to affordable self-pay rates, we offer multi-visit discount packages. The packages help you to save both time and money by reducing the cost and check-in time of your visits. Please note that packages are non-transferable, and must be used within the specified time period from time of purchase. Package refunds will be made on a pro-rated basis, calculated as the remainder of the original package price minus the number of visits used multiplied by the the full price of a single visit. No refunds will be given for packages that expire.

* Package visits must be used within the following periods: 6 Visits (3 months), 10 Visits (6 months), 18 Visits (12 months)

Payment for Herbal Medicine
Powdered and tablet herbs from quality herb manufacturers are available for purchase at the clinic. The price of your herbal prescription depends on the contents and quantity of your prescription. All herb sales are final.

Cancellation policy
We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. However, we ask for your cooperation in adhering to our 24-hour cancellation policy, which allows us to ensure optimal use of staff time and that open appointments are made available to patients. Please call to cancel before 24 hours of your appointment time.

We will enforce a "Three Strikes" policy for excessive lateness, late cancellations, and no shows. Patients who have three "strikes" will only be able to schedule same day appointments. After completing three appointments on time, patients can resume pre-booking.
