The Chinese Community Health Resource Center (CCHRC) is a private, non-profit agency sponsored by Chinese Community Health Plan
(CCHP), Chinese Hospital, Chinese Community Health Care Association (the physician's practice association), and special grants programs. Our linguistically and culturally sensitive health education program and services aim to promote wellness and a healthier lifestyle.
